We’ve Been Acquired By Think3!

More than 7 years ago, I set out to completely change the way small businesses connect with their customers. Since then, Bizness Apps has become the global leader in small business mobile solutions and the company has grown to over 2,000 partners serving over 100,000 small businesses and their customers. We are very grateful for all your support over that time.

Today, we have an exciting announcement to make: Bizness Apps has been acquired by Think3! This acquisition strengthens our offerings, while we continue to be a global leader in small business mobile solutions. None of this would be possible without our amazing team and our loyal customers. We couldn’t have done it without you!

In 2010, Bizness Apps was founded in my dorm room, while attending college at CSU Chico. I saw that big brands with large marketing budgets were stealing away customers from local businesses by connecting with them over mobile technologies. Both of my parents were small business owners, so I knew how much work it took to own a business and respected anyone who could be an entrepreneur. Because of this experience, I wanted to help small businesses thrive. My solution was clear-cut: I wanted to find a way to simplify, speed up, and lower the cost of deploying these technologies so small businesses could enter this playing field too.

Mobile apps provide a powerful connection between brands and their consumers. Over the years, Bizness Apps has made it possible for all small businesses to enhance their customers’ experience, increase revenue, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

And our mission remains unchanged. We will simply have more resources to continue building products that delight our customers. Now as part of the Think3 portfolio, Bizness Apps and Think3 will ensure customers continue to receive the highest level of customer service, product delivery, and technical support. Bizness Apps will also become a key component of the Think3 Prime program – enabling customers to utilize software across more than seventy other portfolio companies at no additional charge. Think3 is thrilled to work with our resellers and the 100,000+ small businesses using our scalable platform.

I want to assure you that our app building platform will remain available and only get better with time. Both Bizness Apps and Think3 share a vision to change the world by delivering powerful software – with customer satisfaction at its core.
